Do you digitize s-vhs tapes and what digital resolution can i expect?

I have a vhsc tc 20 that the tape broken when we took out of the camcorder. can you repair this and digitize this?

I have used you for my videos and love it i have 4 years of photos i would like digital do i send my photo albums or do i have to take them out

“Hi Maureen, For efficient processing and optimal quality, iMemories prefers that the photos be removed from the album prior to submitting your order. If you are unable to remove the photos from the album, you can submit the entire album for processing. Thank you for your continuing business!”

“Hi Maggie, No worries, you don't have to subscribe if you don't want to. Once you order is complete you will have 30 days free access to your own private account at iMemories. During this time you can make your DVDs and pay for them and/or you can download the digital files to have on your own computer or device. You can also purchase a drive with your files on it. After the 30 days you will lose access to your account unless you subscribe. We can help you navigate through the process so never hesitate to call with questions. 1-800-845-7986”
