The USB worked just fine for me, and my videos loaded quickly, maybe within a few seconds or so. The only thing I noticed is the case feels a bit cheap, but for everyday use it seems to do the job

"Don’t Trust Just Anyone With Old Tapes"
I sent in a box of old VHS tapes and a few small film reels that were already in rough shape, so I was nervous they might get even more damaged. Thankfully, everything came back packed neatly and safely. The updates were simple to follow, too, which helped ease my mind. Just a warning to anyone with fragile old memories like this: be careful who you send them to. I’m really glad these were handled with care.

"Way easier than I expected"
We got our old tapes back and I was able to share the link with my sisters that same night. I expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but it was super simple. Even my dad managed to open everything on his phone without any trouble. It was so nice not having to mail USBs around or make extra copies. Really happy with how it turned out...

"Pretty smooth overall, just took a bit"
I used imemories to digitize a bunch of old tapes and photos, and overall I’d say it went well. They sent updates when my box got there and a few times during the process, so I had a general idea of what was happening. It took maybe a little longer than I was expecting, but I didn’t feel completely in the dark. In the end, I’m happy with how it turned out, I just wish the turnaround had been a bit quicker.

"Easy to Track My Order"
I liked that iMemories made it easy to keep track of everything from start to finish. I could see where my order was along the way, which gave me some peace of mind, especially since my mom kept asking when the old tapes would be done. A couple of the updates felt a little slow at times, but overall the process was fine and I was happy with it.

"Better than I expected"
I felt a little pressured to get my old videos transferred before they got any worse, and I wasn’t totally sure how the DVDs would turn out. But the quality was actually really clear and everything played just fine. The old videos looked better than I expected, so I’m happy with it.

"I finally sent in a box of old..."
I finally sent in a box of old VHS tapes and a few camcorder tapes after putting it off forever, mostly because I kept telling myself I was too busy and didn’t want to deal with sorting through the closet. I wasn’t expecting much, but the digitized videos came back looking really good, especially considering some of those tapes had been sitting around for years.
A few parts still look old, but that’s definitely the tapes themselves, not the transfer. The picture was steady, the sound was clear enough, and it was emotional seeing all that footage again. I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

"helpful and easy to deal with"
I had a question about my order because I wasn’t totally sure I had done everything right. customer service got back to me quickly and explained things in a way that actually made sense. they were patient with me and made me feel a lot better about sending in my old tapes. overall, it was a good experience and I’d use them again.

"Pretty good job with my old tapes"
I sent in a box of my old tapes, most of the digitized files came back looking complete. A couple had these short blank parts, but that might’ve just been because the tapes themselves were old and crappy. Overall, I was really happy to see almost everything was there and easy to watch. Not perfect, and those little gaps were kind of annoying, but damn good overall.

I wasn’t expecting a huge difference, but they seriously cleaned up my old videos really well. The quality looks way better than I thought it would, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

I sent in a box of old family photos the scans came back much clearer than I expected. The colors looked good, and even the really faded ones were easy to see. I’m happy with how they turned out, though I’m a little disappointed I waited so long to get it done.

I really liked being able to see everything in the cloud instead of dealing with DVDs. It loaded just fine on my phone, and sharing a few clips with my family was simple too. Definitely made things easier 👍
